The most widely recognised and respected accreditation in the precious metal market is that granted by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).

The Perth Mint is accredited by the LBMA as a refiner, weight master and assayer.

To achieve this status, an organisation must demonstrate an established track record, minimum annual refining volumes and tangible net worth.

As an accredited refiner, The Perth Mint is also subject to the LBMA’s Proactive Monitoring regime in which it must show it is maintaining the Association’s refining and assaying standards on an ongoing basis.

Accordingly, The Perth Mint is listed by the LBMA as an accredited manufacturer of gold and silver Good Delivery bars which are accepted in the London bullion wholesale market.

Retail investors can be assured that the same weight, purity and integrity standards apply across the organisation’s entire product range, including small bullion bars for retail investors, which are stamped with The Perth Mint swan logo, our LBMA registered mark.

Look for The Perth Mint’s LBMA registered mark on our small investment bars, a symbol of their international tradability.

As well as the LBMA, The Perth Mint is accredited by:

•    New York Commodity Exchange (COMEX/CME)
•    Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC)
•    Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM)
