Ed Harbuz, Chief Executive Officer
Ed was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Gold Corporation, operator of The Perth Mint, on 1 July 2003. An engineer by training, he managed high-profile industrial organisations on two continents, including the South African Mint Company Pty Ltd, before moving to Australia. Ed has overseen tremendous growth and change at The Perth Mint, driven by the desire to supply "products, services and experiences which will delight customers and users".

Ron Currie, Sales and Marketing Director
Ron was originally appointed as The Perth Mint’s Wholesale Manager in 1997 before accepting the role of Sales and Marketing Director in 2001. Starting his career in London’s Hatton Garden, Ron became well-known in the jewellery and diamond industries before successfully expanding the Mint's distribution channel for bullion bars and coins into a global network of official agents and dealers.

Bron Suchecki, Manager, Analysis and Strategy
In his role as Manager, Analysis and Strategy, Bron supports the marketing of The Perth Mint’s investment products, corporate planning and business development through research and strategic analysis of the precious metal markets. He has worked in precious metals since 1994, holding a number of roles in the Mint’s Retail, Treasury, Depository, Risk and Governance areas.
Nigel Moffatt, Treasurer
Nigel has been Treasurer of The Perth Mint for over 20 years, prior to which he was a trader in financial markets. He is also responsible for Perth Mint Depository Services and the Perth Mint Certificate Program which provide investors with a convenient way to purchase precious metals and utilise the Mint’s storage facilities, rather than take delivery of the product.
David Kerbey, Retail Manager
David joined The Perth Mint more than 10 years ago as an experienced direct marketer. Managing retail sales and promotions for our numismatic product range via traditional direct marketing, he has also been responsible for implementing the Mint’s online distribution strategy which now encompasses an extensive range of bullion coins and bars.
Stephen Ward, Blog Editor
A history graduate with a career background in publishing and PR, Stephen began promoting The Perth Mint with his original appointment as Copywriter in 2002. Fascinated by the history of gold in Australia and the rise of The Perth Mint during more than a century of operations, he has extensive knowledge of its superb coin programs which he continues to write about with enthusiasm as part of his editorial role.
